Ingredients
1 kg of flour
4 eggs
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
20 g yeast
1 cup (200 ml) milk

Method
Yeast blurring of kashitsa with some milk and leave to swell. Pour the flour into a deep bowl, make well and pour the yeast, milk, 3 eggs, the oil, sugar and salt. Izmesva and leave to rise. Divide into 8 parts which are rolled ropes on floured countertop. In the middle of a large greased baking dish is made bagel, the ropes of dough are formed in the shape of a snail and pressed into the medium. The remaining egg, 1 tbsp milk and spices are broken and smear over. Bake in a moderate oven until golden.
