Method
Yeast put in a deep dish, comminuted, blurs with 2 tbsp lukewarm milk and sprinkle with sugar and a pinch of salt. After ten minutes, add the beaten eggs (1 egg yolk separately), vegetable oil, remaining milk and salt. Add flour gradually and mix a soft dough, which is then brought to a floured surface and kneaded well for 8-10 minutes. Tie loosely in wet muslin cloth and placed in a bowl of warm water (25 C) After about 30 minutes, remove, put it in an oiled tray, shaped wafers, smeared with yolk broken, spiked on several places with a fork and bake in very hot (220 C) oven until browned.
