Breaded Chicken Greek

Ingredients
1 boneless Lippe
8 tbsp sunflower oil
# breading:
2 cup flour
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp mint or mint
white pepper
# For the sauce:
100 g feta cheese
200 g canned tomatoes
2 roasted red peppers
1 onion
1 handful of pitted black olives
1 tsp oregano
salt
Method
Grated lemon peel mixed with other products and breading mix. Chicken cut into bite sized pieces 3-4 cm in length. Rolled in the prepared batter and fry until golden on each side in a highly heated sunflower oil. The sauce is prepared as in fat than chicken for half a minute fry chopped onion into thin strips. Pour 1/3 cup water, add chopped peppers and mix. Once the liquid has evaporated, put chopped olives rings, smashed or grated tomatoes. Comminute the feta cheese, flavored with spices, stir and add the fried chicken. Capped and stew about 5 minutes.
