Breaded pork sticks

Ingredients
300 g pork
1 cup (200 ml) red wine
1 egg
breadcrumbs
lemon juice
sunflower oil or lard
paprika
curry
pepper
caraway
salt
Method
The meat is hammered, cut into sticks and put for two hours in a marinade wine, cumin, pepper and salt. Then sticks are rolled in breadcrumbs, egg and again in breadcrumbs and fry in preheated oil. Serve them sprinkled with curry, red pepper and lemon juice.
