Breaded white cheese

Ingredients
400 g of sheep or cow feta cheese
2 eggs
1 cup milk
flour
breadcrumbs
fat frying
Breaded white cheese

Method
Cut 4 slices of feta cheese. Dip in hot milk, drained, rolled in flour and beaten eggs Fried, then in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until light golden color. Serve with mashed potatoes and fresh tomatoes.

One of my favorite breading.

I love fried cheese, but unfortunately I always ran. When Breaded cheese put it on for 15-20 minutes in the freezer and manage to keep it all, if you get the same with cheese? What is the role of milk?
