Breaded yogurt

Ingredients
2 kg of yogurt or 1 kg drained yogurt
garlic
pepper
salt
paprika
savory
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
butter for frying
Method
If milk is not drained drained , add spices to taste and mix well. Put it for 2 hours in the freezer to set. With a spoon form small balls which are rolled in the beaten eggs and then in breadcrumbs. Gently fry in very hot oil for 30 seconds. Serve on a bed of lettuce or cabbage.
