Ingredients
400 g cream
200 g drained yogurt
500 g cottage cheese
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic
1 cup -magdanoz fresh herbs, dill, chives, sorrel, wild celery, borage, watercress cut very finely
Method
Cream fight to thicken. Mix yogurt (very thick), the cottage cheese, herbs, crushed garlic, salt. Confused very well. To the mixture was added to the whipped cream and mix. Everything is put in a colander with small holes, or in the hole of the pot for steaming the mixture is important to be able to drain. Cover foil, fitting, and leave two days at room temperature and two days in the refrigerator.
