Ingredients
1 kg of flour
500 ml water
42 g fresh yeast (1 cube)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
lump of butter
walnuts
dried fruit
Method
Yeast with sugar and a little water flour was allowed to rise for about 25 minutes, then poured over pre-sifted flour, pour and the other water, salt and mix a medium hard dough, shaped as a cake, which is placed in a greased pan. Leave to rise and cover decorates with walnuts and dried fruit. Bake about 1 hour at 170 C. Shortly before the end of the baking tin with sugar water and dopicha a few minutes. This cake is traditional Annunciation - March 25th.
