200 g salo
5 handfuls (1 kg) nettle
1/2 cup (100 g) cornmeal

Method
Salo is cut into small pieces and fry in their own fat until browned. Add part of the flour and stirred 2-3 times. Then immediately put the washed and cut into small nettle. Stews until soft, add salt, pour hot water and boil on low heat for a few minutes, then add the rest of the flour mixed into a little cold water. Porridge boil 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and serve. The mess can be prepared with salt bush or spinach instead of nettles.
