Ingredients
1 kg beans
2 onions
1-2 carrots
3 tomatoes
1 slice celery
10 garlic cloves
3/4 cup (150 ml) sunflower oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
Method
Broad beans are washed and cleaned. Add chopped onions, carrots, celery, chopped 5 crushed garlic and salt. Stew with 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water and 1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil over low heat. When the vegetables soften, add the flour away with a little water, vinegar, 5 cloves of crushed garlic and chopped parsley. Top rank sliced ​​tomatoes.
