Brussels sprouts Curry

Ingredients
500 g Brussels sprouts
30 g butter
2 tsp flour
2 tsp curry - spicy or sweet
250 ml broth, vegetable
100 g drained sour cream or crème fraîche
2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 apple
pepper
salt
pinch of sugar

Method
Cabbage boil 15-20 minutes. In a pan melt the butter, put the flour and curry powder and fry. Pour in the broth, put the cream, lemon juice and boil gently for about 5 minutes. Season. Apple cut into cubes with sheet and put a cabbage (drained) in the sauce. Simmer another 5 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes and as a fillet BBQ.
