  • Add to shopping list4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • Add to shopping listsalt, black pepper, red pepper
Preparation method
Buckwheat is washed and boiled in water (500 ml), salt it lightly, reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes. Cut vegetables into small pieces, tomato cubes. Fry in the oil for a few minutes, finally add the tomatoes. Make a cup of water and put the broth, soy sauce and spices. Allow to boil for 5-10 minutes. Buckwheat drain and put in a dish. Stand as you take spices and served hot.
