Ingredients
1 kg pork
2 heads (100 g) onion
1 sprig savory
salt
pepper

Method
Cut the meat into cubes and add salt, threaded on a skewer and bake broiled until ready. Iznizva of spit and immediately placed in a pan with very small chopped onion, crushed herbs and milled pepper. The pot was capped with a lid and shaken (bumpy) with both hands. So the onion softens the hot meat, and the meat flavor from the onions and spices. Instead broiled meat can be baked in the oven with a little fat (50 g) and a little water.
