Buns

Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup (500 ml) milk
4 eggs
1 tbsp (20 g) yeast
1 tbsp (20 g) sugar
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
3 and 1/2 cup (750 g) flour
# TOPPING:
180 g butter
100 g feta cheese
2 tsp (10 g) salt
5-6 tbsp (60 g) flour

Method
The milk is boiled and allowed to cool. To it was added yeast, fuzzy little milk, sugar, well beaten eggs and sifted flour. Prepared medium soft dough, which is left 1/2 - 1 hour in a warm place to rise. Made into pellets as walnut, as hands are melting in fat. Arrange one another in the pan, greased with fat, and leave to rise (about 1/2 hour). Pour in the prepared during this time topping of fried butter, salt, flour and crumbled feta cheese and put to bake in medium high heat.

And what should be the oil, because somewhere in understanding oil - oil, margarine, lard, or whether usually butter in packets? ... We like buns and want to do them.

usually by saying *oil* means oil - what is made from milk :)
