Buns with feta cheese and honey
300 g semolina flour
150 g fresh sheep cheese
200 g honey
Pour the flour on a flat surface and make a pile with a hole in the middle. Put it in the egg, grated feta cheese, a pinch of salt and the amount of water. Mingled with hands until a homogeneous dough, soft and elastic. Prepare the dough balls with a diameter of 3 cm - first medium thick cylinder shape, cut it into small pieces and they give it a round shape with the palm of the hand. Flatten each ball, sprinkle it with flour and tap it with your hand until it becomes a pita with 3-4 mm thick. Heat a large amount of olive oil and when it begins to smoke, place the buns. When you acquire a golden color, remove them and leave them to drain on absorbent paper. Before serving them, brush them with a little honey.
