Buns - II type

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
1 cup (200 ml) milk
250 g yogurt
egg 1
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
150 g butter
20 g yeast
Method
In yogurt pour 1 cup (200 ml) cold water. Yeast sprinkled with sugar and allowed to stand for 10-15 minutes until swollen. Blurred with warm milk. Knead dough of all products without the butter. The butter melts without preparzhva, tear the dough balls as walnut, oval in the butter and arrange in a baking dish tightly. It puts a warm and leave to rise for about 1 hour. In the remaining butter fry gently 1 tbsp (10 g) flour, put it with a pinch of salt and sprinkle this roux buns. Bake in a moderate oven.
