Method
The lard is mixed with 8 tbsp of sugar until a homogeneous mixture. Add pre-sifted flour, egg and yeast dissolved in slightly warmed milk. Kneaded dough, which was allowed to stand for 1/2 hr. Since it is rolled sheet with a thickness of 4-5 mm, which was cut into squares with a side of 7.8 cm. In each square is placed part of the filling, prepared by the marmalade and in large pieces ground walnuts. Then each square is folded diagonally. The resulting triangular muffins bake in medium high heat. After baking, sprinkle them with the remaining powdered sugar flavored with vanilla.
