Ingredients
1 and 1/2 (300 ml) milk
20 g yeast
flour
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
rind of 1 lemon
3 eggs
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
stuffing optional (sweet or savory)

Method
In 1/2 cup (100 ml) lukewarm milk is added yeast, put flour as to obtain a slurry with a density of boza and leave in a warm place to rise. The rest of the milk is put sugar, lemon rind, leavened yeast, 2 eggs and the oil. Add flour as to obtain a medium soft dough. Izmesva very well, leave to rise slightly warm. Roll out the crust with a thickness of 0.5 cm, cut into triangles on one side put stuffing of jam or feta cheese, wrap up, smeared with beaten egg and bake.
