Ingredients
500 g sauerkraut
60 g crushed wheat (bulgur)
1 tomato
80 g pork lard
salt
Method
The cut, purified from the cob and soft leaves cabbage stew in fat, add the pre-soaked bulgur and bake in the oven for about half an hour, shortly before being pulled from the oven, garnish with tomato slices. This is a vegan meal from the Pirin region, which very well drink from a light red wine .
