Burek pumpkin

Ingredients
1 kg pumpkin
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
flour as necessary
1/2 cup (100 g) butter
2 vanilla powder or cinnamon
1/2 cup (100 g) powdered sugar
Method
Pumpkin Peel and grate cheese grater in large pieces. Thereto was added granulated sugar, cinnamon and vanilla, and flour, as needed, to obtain a thick paste. Pour into greased with butter pan, evenly smooth layer, cut and bake until browned. Remove from the oven smeared with the butter and bake again until absorb fat. When serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
