Burekasi mince

Ingredients
250 g flour
250 g butter
2 tbsp yogurt
1 egg
200 g carrots
1 tsp salt
200 g minced meat
caraway
1 onion
1 egg yolk

Method
Involved dough from flour, eggs, melted butter and yoghurt and leave to stand for one night. The next day rolled crust and cut into squares. They put the stuffing of minced meat stew, grated carrots and chopped onions. Folding triangles of two sticks together ends, smeared with yolk, sprinkle with caraway seeds and bake. Optional before baking can sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Very interesting recipe! Puts you a raising agent in the dough, Sammy?

You know, I've done only once burekasi with homemade bread dough, May I put a little dry yeast (about half a spoon), otherwise it is best to do with puff pastry.
