Buttercup dried peppers with onions - I type
Ingredients
10 dried red peppers
2 heads (100 g) onion
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
vinegar
salt
Method
The peppers are boiled together with peeled onion until soft, grind well and beat with vegetable oil, then season with salt and vinegar to taste.
