5-6 (500 g) of potatoes
15-20 dried red peppers
2 onions (feathers)
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar

Method
Cook potatoes, pour cold water and peel, then squashed with a wooden spoon. Washed peppers are also boiled and then peeled, cleaned of seeds and crushed in a bowl. The resulting puree add salt and mix with vinegar and herbal butter. To this was added finely chopped and lightly crushed feathers onions and potatoes. The mixture was stirred well, add salt to taste, and poured into an appropriate dish.
