Buttercup with tomatoes - I type
5-6 chili peppers
5 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 bunch parsley
Chop cut, add salt and put in a wooden bowl. Add peppers, roasted, peeled and chopped and crushed together with onion. To the resulting puree mixture, tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped, and knocking until chopped. Finally added baked, peeled and cleaned of seed chili peppers, chopped, parsley, vegetable oil and vinegar. Posoyava mixture to taste and mix well.
