Cabbage

Ingredients
1 cabbage
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup vinegar
pepper
salt
Method
Cabbage is cleared, washed and cut into very thin strips. Fry in a preheated oil, pour vinegar and a little hot water or broth and stew over low heat until soft completely. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
