Ingredients
1 large cabbage (at least 3 kg)
3-4 large carrots
3 links dill
2-3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup sea ​​salt
1-2 bay leaves
# For the marinade:
1.5 l. water
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1/3 cup vinegar
Method
Cabbage cut into medium strips, carrots planed in large pieces garlic is cut. The vegetables are mixed and added and dill. Put marinade to a boil and pour it products. Cover up with a clean cloth and so we stayed three days warm. Harvested in jars and refrigerate.
