Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 yolks
30 g cocoa powder
# For the cream:
500 g sour cream
3 egg whites
1 cup powdered sugar

Method
Yolks are broken sugar, dissolve baking soda in yogurt and add to the egg yolks then add the flour and cocoa. Bake at 180 C for about 20 minutes. This base is suitable for a variety of cakes. Whip with powdered sugar on snow and them add sour cream. With the finished cream smeared the base and leave to stand for one night. So good cream syrup the base.
