Ingredients
1.5 kg pumpkin
150 g sugar
2-3 eggs
50 g chopped walnuts
200 ml milk
80 g breadcrumbs
50 g butter
1 tsp cinnamon

Method
Pumpkin is cut small pieces and boiled with a little water (soften). Then pureeing and adding the remaining ingredients. All mix well and pour into a greased baking pan. Bake in a moderate oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
