Ingredients
# First mixture:
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
1 vanilla
# Second mixture:
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
2-3 tbsp cocoa
1/3 cup ground walnuts
# For the syrup:
1 cup sugar
2 and 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp rum
# For the cream:
125 g butter or margarine
2 egg whites
1 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp rum
chocolate sauce
Method
Beat the products and make two types of mixtures. The bottom of the pot, or pan with a diameter of 24 cm namaslyava and sprinkle with flour. Taken with a tablespoon of white mixture and pour in the middle. In another spoon is taken from the brown mixture and pour over first. So while the end. Bake in a moderate oven. After baking, the cake is hot pour the cold syrup. Top is nasharva with melted chocolate. Decorate with molded cream roses. Instead of chocolate can be used the following mixture: 4 tbsp cocoa, 4 tbsp sugar 3 tbsp water and melt in a water bath. Add 2 tbsp sunflower oil and a few minutes after removing from heat.
