Ingredients
5 kg bell peppers
100 g sugar
50 g salt
500 ml vinegar
100 ml sunflower oil
10 g allspice beans
10 g black pepper
5-6 leaves bay leaf
Method
All products are placed in a pot to boil. Clean the seed bell peppers cut into strips and blanched for 1 minute in the marinade. Embankment in jars and pour the marinade with. Sterilized for 5 min and immediately cooled.
