Caprese strawberry and coconut

Ingredients
1 Limei (lime, lime)
500 g large strawberries
600 ml thick coconut milk (box tin)
sugar to taste
1 tsp agar or gelatin powder
1 tbsp coconut

Method
Several hours before serving, coconut milk is placed in a pot, seasoned with the juice of limetata and sugar to taste, boil, put it agar-agar, boil one minute and remove from fire. Pour into a semicircular shape, cover and leave to cool, then put in the fridge. Serve: strawberries cut into thin slices. Coconut pulp is cut into discs, two times thicker than the strawberry. Arrange on a plate in a circle, alternating coconut and strawberry washers. Sprinkle with coconut and optional crystal sugar.
