Caramel-chocolate cupcakes

Ingredients
200 g flour
125 g soft butter
50 g brown sugar
# 3a caramel:
50 g butter
100 g brown sugar
100 g condensed milk (7.5% fat)
# 3a chocolate layer:
70-100 ml cream
100-120 g of chocolate

Method
Sift the flour and knead with the butter and sugar in the dough, which is spread in tartaletenite forms pricked with a fork and bake in a preheated 190 C oven, average BBQ, for about 20-25 minutes. Baked Tartalettes gently and carefully moved from the trays and cooled. Products caramel mixed in a metal container and heated with stirring to boiling. Then the fire is reduced, and 5-10 minutes, the mixture was stirred until thickening and bleaching. When the mixture begins to separate from the walls of the vessel is removed from the fire and spread over Tartalettes. Allow to cool. For the chocolate layer - cream becomes heated before to boil remove from heat and place in the melted chocolate grated finely. Part of the chocolate mixture is spread thinly on already cooled caramel, another part is stirred with a mixer and sprayed. Top decorated optional.
