Caramel flameri

Ingredients
150 g sugar
1 liter milk
100 g starch
fruit jam
Method
Flat container is caramelized sugar. Pour with 2-3 tbsp hot water, stir well to get syrup and pour the boiling milk. If needed, add more sugar to taste. Starch is triturated with a little cold water and poured while stirring into boiling milk. Boil to thicken. The finished cream is poured into the form or deep dish, rinse with cold water and leave to harden in the cold. Attention is on a flat plate and decorate with fruit jam of your choice.
