Caramel puffs

Ingredients
395 g condensed milk
5 yolks
1/3 cup mashed potatoes (powder)
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp butter
# For glaze:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp limontozu

Method
Mix all ingredients in a nonstick skillet. Boil on medium heat, stirring. The mixture is ready, when removed from the pan and is easy to form the balls. Make balls (nuggets) and placed in a freezer (not to degrade in the hot caramel glaze) for 10-15 minutes (as pinned onto small sticks sticks in the middle). frosting: Combine sugar and water in a pan limontozu. Boil until it becomes dark in color, about 7 minutes. Each ball dip and arrange in an oily platter.
