Caramel semolina

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
5 tbsp semolina
5 tbsp sugar
60 g butter
Caramel semolina

Method
The butter is put in a saucepan melt. Pour semolina and fry until golden. Put the sugar and fry until pale brown, stirring continuously. Pour the warm milk and stir again and boils, kotlonat reduced. Boil to thicken. Thus prepared semolina pour in sundae glasses or bowls. Optional can decorate with whole fruits of sweet.

I do it too, but not Fry semolina. Becomes very delicious .. My son loved her
