Ingredients
# For the base:
3 eggs
2 yolks
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
# For the cream:
2 egg whites
3 tbsp sugar
# For the caramel:
5-6 tbsp sugar

Method
Prepare the base of those products and allow to cool. Egg whites are broken down into the snow. In court caramelized sugar. With continuous vigorous stirring with a mixer in a large part of the hard candy is poured in a thin stream to egg whites. Remaining caramel returned fire with 1 cup water.
