Ingredients
1 carp
1/2 cup vinegar
3-4 cloves garlic
4-5 peppercorns
allspice
rind of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp flour
100 ml water

Method
Good cleaning carp cut into pieces that add salt and fry. Arrange in court. The boiling vinegar, garlic, black pepper, allspice, lemon rind, flour and water. While the mixture is hot pour the fish and leave to cool.

This is my favorite sauce that serve fried goby, horse mackerel or Graz. Can put balsamic vinegar instead of lemon. The taste becomes sharp and slightly sweet. I fried in oil strained left my fried fish garlic, flour and valley water or fish bulyuon for bechamel sauce. Add spices and vinegar, wait sauce to thicken and uvri less. Rather than overwhelm the fish can be put in a separate bowl and every imaginable fish seasoned to your taste.
