Carp stuffed with walnuts into batter

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) carp
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
1/2 bunch parsley
1 and 1/2 cup (250 g) walnuts
2 cup (400 g) flour
1 cup (200 ml) vegetable oil
salt
pepper
Method
Of flour, lukewarm water and a little salt is prepared dough, which is rolled into a thick sheet. Chop into slices and stew in the oil until soft. Remove from heat and mix with finely chopped parsley, coarsely chopped walnuts, ground black pepper and salt to taste. Carp washed, cleaned and add salt, filled with walnut stuffing, sewn and wrapped in dough sheet. Put it in a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven. Serve warm.

Great recipe. In my family's tradition of St. Nicholas.

Take some of the dough for decoration - after fish wrap tightly with the dough, shape dough rest by small circles and are arranged like the scales of carp, put eyes, mouth, shaped tail. Spread top with beaten egg yolk with 1 teaspoon oil and bake.
