Carp wine

Ingredients
1 kg of carp
2 cup white wine
1 carrot
3 onions
1 piece of celery
2-3 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
allspice
black pepper
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp sunflower oil
salt

Method
Finely chopped onion Fry in a hot sunflower oil. Add chopped vegetables, crushed garlic, bay leaf, Allspice, black pepper and salt to taste. The mixture stew gently and pour into a greased baking pan. The fish is cleaned, washed, cut into pieces, add salt and sprinkled with lemon juice. Ranks on steamed vegetables, pour a little water and bake in a moderate oven, gradually during baking pour wine.

Little changed the recipe by adding more vegetables, mushrooms, zucchini, leek and fry the onion propasnah directly carp filled with vegetables and an apple. Became a wonderful
