Ingredients
500 g carrots
500 ml milk
250 g sugar
3-4 cardamom grains
50 g butter
50 g hazelnuts
Method
Carrots grate fine grater, pour the milk and cook 8-10 minutes. Add the sugar, cardamom and the butter and boil until it is released by the court. Remove the cardamom, the mixture is distributed into bowls and sprinkle with ground hazelnuts.
