Carrot cake

Ingredients
3 carrots
5 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1 cup sunflower oil
10 g baking powder
100 g of chocolate or couverture
30 g margarine
juice of 1 orange

Method
Beat eggs with sugar until white. Add the oil, orange juice, grated carrots, flour, baking powder and mix well. The mixture was poured into a greased with sunflower oil cake mold and baked 30 minutes at low oven. After cooling down, removed from the mold and placed in a tray. Melt the chocolate with margarine in a water bath and pour cake.
