Carrot flowers

Ingredients
250-300 g puff pastry
250 g carrots
75-100 g processed cheese
handful of olives
nutmeg, salt
fat

Method
Carrots are washed, cleaned and finely grate grater. 3adushavat briefly in a little oil and mixed with crushed with a fork processed cheese, salt, spices to taste. The dough expands, cut it with cookie cutter flowers. Place in oiled mafineni or mini-pikantini forms and in every flower distributes the prepared carrot mixture (1 tsp) and slightly smoothed. Add more olive buterkite bake middle BBQ, 200 C.
