Carrot salad and tuna

Ingredients
400 g carrots
100 g canned tuna
1 gherkins
4 tbsp mayonnaise
milk
lemon juice
vinegar
pepper
salt
Method
Carrots are cleaned and cut into small cubes, mix with lemon juice, pepper, salt and vinegar diluted, arranged in the salad, pour mayonnaise, thinned with milk and chilled well. Before presenting decorate with pieces of tuna and cucumber.
