Carrots with onions

Ingredients
10 carrots
2 onions
30 g fat
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 cup (200 ml) broth
pepper
salt
Method
Carrots are scraped, washed and put in boiling water. When boiled is removed from the water and drain. Sgoreshtyava is fat and it put the onion and fry when, put on wheels chopped carrots, mix well and sprinkle with flour. Once it is browned add the broth, salt and pepper. Allow to boil for another 15 minutes and serve warm.
