Cauliflower salad and basil dressing

Ingredients
1 small head cauliflower (about 500 g), torn into florets
12 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves or tomatoes, sliced ​​
10 black olives, pitted and cut into quarters
# For the dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp sugar
1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup basil leaves
1 stalk green onion, cut into 1 cm pieces

Method
Grind the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, sugar, garlic, parsley, basil and green onions in a blender or processor. Place cauliflower florets in a bowl, pour the dressing and the resulting confusion. 30 minutes before serving, add the tomatoes and olives, confusing everything well. * If you do not like raw cauliflower, boil it in advance of steam for about 12 minutes.
