Caviar garlic

Ingredients
600 g garlic
250 g of white bread
150 g chopped walnuts
100 ml sunflower oil
100-150 g olives
50 ml lemon juice
1/2 bunch of dill
salt
Method
Garlic Peel and Grind salt. Add chopped walnuts in small pieces and bread soaked in water, such as drain. The mixture is stirred with a wire, gradually add the oil and lemon juice. Serve as an appetizer, sprinkled with chopped dill and decorated with olives.

recipe is super, but 600 g. Garlic are many. I made it to 200. And I became quite lyutichka, but very tasty appetizer.

and I see many, but such is the recipe :) And not too spicy garlic can reduce :)

For not very hot I scoot green area in the middle of each silidka.
