Cheese cake

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
20 g yeast
3-4 eggs
125 g butter
200 g feta cheese
250 g yogurt
1 tsp (5 g) salt
Method
Sift the flour in deep dish and an indentation in the middle, which poured fuzzy with a little milk (or water) yeast, beaten eggs, grated feta cheese, melted (but not hot) butter and yogurt, mixed with salt. Knead dough, which is processed ten minutes on a floured surface. Put it in an oiled baking dish, spread out to cover the bottom, and leave for 30-40 minutes to rise, then bake in a moderately heated (200 C) oven until browned.
