Cheese snails

Ingredients
200 g cheese
200 g marinated mushrooms
3 tbsp mayonnaise
100 g fresh sausage
50 g olives
2 pickles
1 bunch parsley
Method
Mushrooms, cucumbers, olives and sausage cut into finely and mix with mayonnaise. Cheese cut into thin slices and slices brushed with stuffing, wound on rolls and cut into slices of equal thickness. Parsley cut into small pieces, put it at the bottom of a shallow dish and on it rank cheese snails.
