Cherepish stew

Ingredients
1 kg pork
1 kg small onions (shallots)
1/2 cup fat
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup red wine
2 cup vegetable broth
2 cloves garlic
red pepper, bay leaf, black pepper, allspice, basil, Winter savory and curly parsley, salt

Method
Cut the meat into small pieces and stew in hot fat. Add the cleaned onion (whole) and sauté 5 minutes, then add the tomato paste, flour, paprika, garlic, wine, bay leaf, vegetable broth, spices and salt. The dish is prepared in an earthen vessel, lid mortar dough and let simmer for 1 hour in the oven. By opening butter lump was added and stirred.
