Cherry pie

Ingredients
500 g flour
1.5 kg cherries
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
170 g margarine
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
pinch of salt
grated peel of 1/2 lemon
3 tbsp milk
# TOPPING:
3 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup cream
1 tsp powdered coffee
1 tbsp starch
pinch of salt
powdered sugar
Method
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add the remaining ingredients for the dough. Mix well and place in a greased with butter tray, with the edges formed high edge. On dough rank free of stones and lightly rolled in flour cherries. Top pour the following mixture: the yolks are broken foam with sugar, add whipped cream with coffee and starch. Egg whites are broken down separately with a pinch of salt and add to the cream. Bake in a moderate oven. While cake is warm is dusted with icing sugar.
